Celebrating milestones
What better way to celebrate your recent business achievements than with a bespoke drone light show?
One of our corporate clients wanted something truly special to mark recent milestones and set goals for the year ahead. So DroneSwarm teamed up with an event production company to produce a drone light show and low-noise firework display that could help them do so in style.
Our team overcame a few challenges, such as trees and buildings disrupting the view and the fact that the beautiful venue, Celtic Manor, is just 100 metres from the M4.
Featuring butterflies, heartbeats and an awe-inspiring galaxy scene, we executed a stunning display that our clients were proud of.

We’re exhibiting!
The team is delighted to be exhibiting at the Event Production Show in London this month.
The show brings together professionals from the events industry across music, sport, culture and more to share how events can be delivered to the highest standards of creativity and safety.
We’ll be there to showcase our bespoke fireworks, drone light shows and laser displays. Plus, we’re supporting the event as an app sponsor.

Fireworks a no-no?
It’s safe to say that fireworks continue to stand the test of time. They are a spectacular addition to any event, whether it’s a corporate gathering, a wedding or something totally different.
However, many venues have restricted the use of fireworks – or even prohibited them entirely.
In this article, we outline some alternatives to traditional firework displays that can give you and your guests the wonder and awe you’re looking for.
Don’t worry if you’re dead-set on fireworks. We have plenty of options available, and even offer low-noise fireworks that could be suitable for you.

Looking to book a drone light show?
If you’ve been considering booking a drone light show, you may have a few questions for us.
One common thing we’re asked by many people looking to book a show is how much notice we need to design and deliver it.
Ideally, we’d like to know final details of your display four weeks in advance. This allows us to prepare accordingly, figuring out logistics, developing previews and planning out animations.
However, the DroneSwarm team has produced and executed shows at much shorter notice.
If you read our last newsletter, you may have spotted that we were asked to produce a show for ITV with just 10 days’ notice late last year, with final details coming just six hours before it took place!

Getting hitched?
Weddings make up a large part of our work creating bespoke drone shows and firework displays.
Earlier this month, we were at the Elvetham Hotel in Hampshire for their wedding showcase, sharing how we can create truly memorable and bespoke drone light shows for weddings.
Plus, the DroneSwarm team attended the Cultural Wedding Fayre at Rutland Hall, which allows couples to explore their options for Asian-themed weddings across Rutland, Leicestershire and beyond.
Among the cake makers, makeup experts and henna artists, we shared with guests how we could create a remarkable spectacle to top off their special day.
Keep an eye out for announcements of our next showcases by following us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
That’s all for this month! We’ll catch you in March!
